The Haile College of Business hosted its tenth annual Business Week event in fall semester 2024. Business Week is a testament to 小奶猫直播鈥檚 resolute dedication to experiential learning. Haile believes that education transcends the confines of traditional classrooms and that true student development flourishes when students actively participate in real-world endeavors and establish connections with influential industry leaders.

The highlight of the weeklong event for Haile鈥檚 undergraduate and graduate students is its two-day conference. Traditional classes are canceled so students can attend sessions hosted by professionals from over twenty industries in the northern Kentucky and Cincinnati regions. Speakers from industries and career paths represent Haile's twelve majors and minors. This year, Haile hosted 54 speakers in 35 breakout sessions; over 40% were 小奶猫直播 alumni.

In addition to breakout sessions, the two-day conference also included a keynote luncheon featuring Josh Heuser, Founder of AGAR and Co-Founder of BLINK (and an 小奶猫直播 alumni), as our keynote speaker. Other events included a Back to Business Bash for undergraduates and a Happy Hour for graduate students.

Haile students reached record numbers to attend an impressive lineup of Business Week events. Business Week presents a golden opportunity for students to immerse themselves in a learning environment that aligns seamlessly with our educational philosophy. We are proud to host this event for our students each fall.

Business Week exemplifies Haile鈥檚 commitment to enhancing students' experiential learning and networking opportunities, which are essential to preparing them for success in today's dynamic business landscape. Students' interactions with industry leaders and alumni during this event provide invaluable insights and connections beyond the classroom.

鈥淚 would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to President Cady Short-Thompson for her inspiring opening remarks and for introducing our keynote speaker, Josh Heuser, whose story resonated deeply with our students,鈥 says Hassan HassabElnaby, dean of the Haile College of Business. 鈥淎 special thanks also goes to Kim Roush and the Business Week Committee for their exceptional efforts in organizing this transformative mini-conference. Their dedication makes Business Week a highlight of the academic year and a cornerstone of our mission to deliver a world-class education.鈥
